OASES Presents: SAVING LUNA

The producers of the multi award winning “SAVING LUNA” documentary will be giving a presentation on their connection to Luna, the protection of species and the production of the movie. See website for further information: www.SavingLuna.com

There will also be a presentation on saving endangered Tortoises, with a possible... very ...special guest(s). The talk discusses the journey of a group of baby tortoises that entered into Canada illegally for the pet-trade. We’ll find out how one group which survived their long ordeal, now have a new role as ambassadors in education and how this facilitates the need for conservation for all species.
The presentations will be preceded by a short OASES AGM at 8:00 p.m. The presentations are free for members of OASES, and are open to the public by donation. All are welcome.
