Help find a new home for Suzie!
At the request of Highlands Councillor Jane Mendum, and with the assistance of Highlands Planner Laura Beckett, the Organization Advocating Sanctuary for Endangered Species (OASES) has agreed to lend its expertise and charitable
status by establishing a trust fund to pay for the relocation of “Suzie”
the Bengal/Siberian tiger cross to a sanctuary in Colorado as soon as
possible.
The District of the Highlands will promote this fund raising
drive with OASES supporting these efforts to afford Susie the tiger
the best possible care and life at: The Wild Animal Sanctuary
Our goal is to raise $3500.00 and all monies donated for Suzie are to be used solely for the relocation of the tiger and to help in its upkeep in the new sanctuary. Read more...
